This is all about you and can encompass all aspects of your life. There is a focus on your well-being, enabling you to develop more of a sense of self.

We partner in our work so that you can make and maintain emotional, behavioural and cognitive changes that enable you to reach your goals and enhance your well being. This means that I won’t tell you what to do, or offer you advice. My role is to support you to make the decisions, plans and choices that are right for you.

Here we can look at areas including:

  • Values: getting clarity on these and understanding where they may be in conflict.
  • Anxiety, stress and overwhelm.

  • Making choices, even when you feel like you have none.
